Using this website

Hair 7 is a one-chair hair salon at 1040 Grant Rd, Ste 150, Mountain View, CA 94040. This website lets you request an appointment or ask Kim a question. Sending a request is not a confirmed booking. Kim confirms the exact time herself.

SMS program

If you choose “Text me,” enter your mobile number, and check the SMS consent box, you agree that Hair 7 may send you automated transactional texts about that request: a confirmation of the time Kim booked, or alternative times if that window is taken. We do not send marketing texts, coupons, or recurring campaigns.

The consent checkbox is never pre-checked. You must select it yourself. Consent is not a condition of buying a haircut or any other service. You can always call (650) 949-0796 instead.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies. A typical request receives 1–2 texts. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and opt-out

Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. After STOP we will not text that number unless you submit a new request and opt in again. You can also call (650) 949-0796.

Privacy

How we collect and use phone numbers is described in our Privacy Policy. Hair 7 does not sell, rent, or share your number with third parties for their marketing.
